Waratah Whitecap Bevelled, up close.
Light finds the bevel first. Waratah Whitecap is a gloss subway tile in white, 100 x 200 mm, and each slanted edge catches the day and outlines the piece, so a laid wall reads as a bright, sharp grid.
Made for walls, it is pictured in a kitchen, so think splashback. Lay it in brickbond with Mapei Silver Grey, a close shade that keeps the grout line soft and lets the bevels carry the pattern.

Laying notes
Half offset (running bond) is the classic. A one-third offset suits longer tiles and softer finishes, a straight stack reads modern, and a vertical stack lifts the eye. A contrasting grout makes herringbone graphic.
