Blackwood Outback is clay brown with a pink undertone, set in porcelain fingers of 9.5 x 47 mm with a satin face. The warmth is gentle, like sun-dried earth, and a soft sheen takes the edge off it as the light drops.
It sits well on a splashback or a bathroom wall in a room with warm timber. Grout it in Mapei Spelt, a close match that lets the grout lines recede.
