Mallee Eucalypt, up close.
Olive tempers the green in Mallee Eucalypt and keeps it warm. It is a glazed porcelain rectangle, 60 x 108 mm and 9 mm thick, with an even shade and a narrow raised rim around each piece.
Try it on a bathroom wall beside pale timber, or as a splashback in a kitchen with white cabinets. Stack it in a simple grid and the soft colour carries evenly across the wall. Made in Japan.
Specified properly.

Mapei makes no colour close to this glaze. This one sits nearest in depth, so the joint reads as a shadow line.

Laying notes
Half offset (running bond) is the classic. A one-third offset suits longer tiles and softer finishes, a straight stack reads modern, and a vertical stack lifts the eye. A contrasting grout makes herringbone graphic.
