Kurrajong Saltpan, up close.
Pools of bright light gather on the ivory face of Kurrajong Saltpan, a gloss porcelain rectangle, 50 x 150 mm, scattered with fine dark flecks. The wider piece shows more of its V3 variation, soft shifts of cream and white across each tile.
Mapei Jasmine is the match for this cream, and it keeps the grout line quiet. Lay the pieces in a brick bond for a softer pattern than an upright stack, and pair them with pale timber and brass.

Laying notes
Half offset (running bond) is the classic. A one-third offset suits longer tiles and softer finishes, a straight stack reads modern, and a vertical stack lifts the eye. A contrasting grout makes herringbone graphic.
