In honed natural stone, Gellibrand Cirrus runs 30 x 100 mm rectangles into a white herringbone mosaic with rectified square edges. Each piece carries its own grey veining and a different balance of white and soft grey, and the honed face keeps a low sheen.
The herringbone zigzag turns that veining into a pattern, and each sheet runs on into the next. Mapei Manhattan 2000 grout melts into the stone, so the zigzag stays crisp and quiet.
