Some pieces of Banksia Scribbly Gum carry one bold grey stripe and others a web of fine lines, so the grid keeps changing. It is a matt square, 300 x 300 mm and 9 mm thick, with a bright white ground under the veining.
Made in Italy, it suits a pale, quiet palette. Grout it in Mapei Silver Grey and the grout lines nearly disappear, so the veining is the only pattern left to look at.
